How long does account verification take?

Standard and Gold account verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Institutional accounts may take 3-5 business days due to enhanced due diligence requirements.

What are the minimum deposit requirements?

Standard accounts require a minimum deposit of $500, Gold accounts require $10,000, and Institutional accounts require $100,000. See our Account Types page for full details.

How does Tether Gold (XAUT) work?

According to Tether Gold’s terms, each XAUT token represents ownership of an undivided specific interest in one fine troy ounce of physical gold held in Tether Gold’s reserves. Users should review Tether Gold’s official transparency and attestation materials, terms, fees, verification requirements, and redemption rules for current details.

Are my funds insured?

Digital assets held in custody are covered by comprehensive insurance policies. Client funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from company operational funds.

What trading pairs are available?
