Our Licensing
Solonix.one is regulated across two jurisdictions — overseen on both sides of the Americas.

Our DASP license authorizes us to provide digital asset trading, custody, and related financial services. This license requires ongoing compliance with strict operational, capital, and conduct requirements.
As a licensed entity, we are subject to regular supervisory reviews, are required to maintain adequate capital reserves, and must implement robust AML/KYC procedures.
FinCEN — Money Services Business Registration
MSB Registration Number: 31000325185315

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, safeguards the financial system from illicit use and combats money laundering under the Bank Secrecy Act.
Digital Trading Group of North America LLC is registered with FinCEN as a Money Services Business (MSB). As a registered MSB, we maintain a documented AML/CFT program, monitor transactions on an ongoing basis, and file all required reports — including Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs).
Our MSB registration is renewed on the schedule mandated under the Bank Secrecy Act, and our AML program is overseen by a designated compliance officer.
In Costa Rica, services may be provided by DTN Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada, which holds a cryptocurrency business registration in the República de Costa Rica (registration no. 3-102-939906, certification no. 6782988-2025).
